Imagine a world where we could listen to the language of flowers, where all diseases and evils would vanish, replaced by the harmony and beauty of nature. In this world, we would communicate through smiles, sincerity, and hugs, just as nature does—creating and spreading beauty all around. This harmony is what we must learn from nature.
Fosteriana—a tulip that flourishes in the wild—mirrors my own journey. I grew up on the edge of a forest in one of the greenest countries in Europe and the world, Latvia. With a degree in floristics and garden landscaping, I have spent decades growing flowers, especially roses and tulips, for commercial purposes. I've designed countless gardens and crafted numerous floral arrangements. This extensive experience has deepened my understanding of plants and flowers, providing me with invaluable insights into floristics and crop production.
My aesthetic philosophy blends the classic with the modern, utilizing the full spectrum of nature's gifts to create compositions that are both timeless and contemporary.
Now, my studio is located in New Jersey, near New York, on the shore of a serene lake. Surrounded by pristine nature, I gather inspiration and continually expand my knowledge of the vast plant world.
During my professional career as a botanist, I discovered the terrarium—a miniature ecosystem encapsulated in glass. Even in the busiest, most densely populated areas, these terrariums bring a piece of living nature into homes and workplaces. Invented in the 19th century, terrariums require minimal care and watering, making them perfect for even the busiest individuals. They are meaningful gifts that symbolize life.
The many advantages and captivating beauty of terrariums inspired me to focus on creating them. Now, I am excited to share these living pieces of art with everyone in New Jersey and New York who supports a green lifestyle. Our terrariums allow you to bring a touch of green, living nature into your space.
