Delivery

All of our terrariums are hand-delivered by our team members to ensure they arrive safely and securely. We don’t use carriers or third party services to transport our products given its fragility and condition.

Delivery to NYC will cost 30$.

We offer hand delivery services everyday. Orders received after 11am will be delivered the next business day. Delivery restrictions may apply during holidays. We will contact the recipient prior to delivery to ensure someone is home or at the office to collect them.

We offer to deliver the terrarium as a gift with a special greeting card. If you want to deliver as a gift, indicate the recipient's name in the delivery information and the text of the greeting card in the order information section.
